This recently refurnished and redecorated lakeside villa is located in the beautiful residential community of Sabal Harbour in Bradenton, only a short drive to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Longboat and Siesta Keys. It is also located within a 10 minute walk from the Peridia Golf and Country Club which is open to non-members.

The Villa

This very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa offers accommodation for up to 8 people. Fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans to all rooms, linen and towels including beach provided, telephone with free local calls and a double garage. The villa is also equipped with a portable CD/MP3/Radio player, free Wi-FI internet access, DVDs, a cot and a high chair for guests to use.

  

The villa is appointed to a high standard and has a relaxed and peaceful tropical feel. Our guests can also enjoy a newly constructed, 28-foot by 14-foot, Grecian-style heated pool and spa, which overlook a beautiful lake. A table, chairs and sun loungers equip the pool area.

  

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV/DVD, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, bedroom 3 has twin beds - both with large closets.

The ensuite to master bedroom has a large shower cubicle, an oval bath and twin sinks. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.

Kitchen/Utility

Fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with oven, fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. There is also a breakfast table and bar area.

Living Areas

The spacious Great Room boasts an extra large sectional leather settee, a largeTV with cable service and DVD player. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai and private pool overlooking a picturesque lake teaming with Florida wildlife.

There is also a delightful combined sitting room with twin settees (one of which is a sofabed) and a full sized pool table.

Community Facilities

Guests have use of community facilities including a large heated pool, 2 floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts as well as a children’s play area, all situated within less than a minute’s walk of the villa.
