Tariff:

£595 ($1060) per week - High season: February, March, April, July, August, Xmas/New Year.
£1800 ($3200) per month - High season.

£495 ($880) per week - Low season: rest of the year.
£1500 ($2700) per month - Low season.

Electric pool heating (Optional) - £55 ($99) per week

Pets Welcome! - £9 ($15) per night or £170 ($300) per month

Refundable security deposit - £150 ($280)

NB: Rates are subject to change without notice. These prices are fully inclusive of all Florida taxes, utilities (except electric pool/spa heating), Wi-Fi internet access, local telephone calls, linen and final clean.

We can accept payment in £ sterling or US dollars. We also accept all major credit cards. Non-refundable booking deposit of £100 ($200) per week paid upon booking and £150 ($280) refundable security deposit to be paid with balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Please review booking terms and conditions prior to booking.

Booking Conditions: All rentals are subject to the following conditions

1. All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form. 

2. A £100 ($200) per week deposit is required to secure the booking.

3. The booking is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and cleared.

4. A £150 ($300) refundable security deposit is payable along with the balance 8 weeks prior to holiday.

5. The rental period commences 4pm local time on the day of arrival as indicated on the booking form. Guests must vacate the house by 10am on the day of departure.

6. Neither our agents or ourselves accept liability to pay compensation in respect of any loss, damage or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include (but are not limited to) war, riots, civil strife, strikes, floods, closure of airports, adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

7. We cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you, your property, or for any medical expenses. Therefore, we strongly advise you to obtain adequate travel insurance.

8. In the event of you cancelling the booking for whatever reason the following charges will apply:
More than 8 weeks -The deposit
Between 6 and 8 weeks -50% of the total rental costs
Between 4 and 6 weeks -75% of the total rental costs
Less than 4 weeks -100% of the total rental costs

9. Electric pool / spa heating is available on request at extra cost.
