We can accept
payment in £ sterling or US dollars. We also accept all major credit cards. Non-refundable
booking deposit of £100 ($200) per week paid upon booking and £150
($280) refundable security deposit to be paid with balance 8 weeks prior to
departure. Please review booking terms and conditions prior to booking.
Booking
Conditions: All rentals are subject to the following conditions
1. All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form. The villa is booked exclusively for the persons named on the booking form. No other persons may use the accommodation without express permission.
2. A £100 per week deposit is required to secure the booking. The booking is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and cleared.
3. Electric pool / spa heating is available on request at extra cost.
4. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to holiday. If this is not received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Once the balance has been received in full, arrival instructions will be forwarded.
5. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable along with the balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. This will be returned after holiday following confirmation by Management Company of no damage/breakages above and beyond normal wear and tear. Repair and maintenance problems must be brought to the attention of our Management Company within 48 hours of occupancy or occurrence, or the Guest will be held liable for all such damages or repairs.
6. The rental period commences 4pm local time on the day of arrival as indicated on the booking form. Guests must vacate the house by 11am on the day of departure.
7.Neither our agents or ourselves accept liability to pay compensation in respect of any loss, damage or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include (but are not limited to) war, riots, civil strife, strikes, floods, closure of airports, adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control.
8. We cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you, your property or for any medical expenses. Therefore, we strongly advise you to obtain adequate travel insurance.
9. In the event of you cancelling the booking for whatever reason the following charges will apply:
a. More than 8 weeks -The deposit
b. Between 6 and 8 weeks -50% of the total rental costs
c. Between 4 and 6 weeks -75% of the total rental costs
d. Less than 4 weeks -100% of the total rental costs
10. We have recently installed a brand new gas BBQ at the villa for our guests to use. In order to keep it clean for the next guests we ask you to ensure that it is left in a clean condition on departure. Failure to do this will incur a charge of $85 for cleaning taken from the security deposit. The use of charcoal grills are a fire hazard and can also damage the pool deck and the lanai. Any such damage will be charged to guests.
11. Pets are not permitted on any of the furniture. Only pets that have been authorized are allowed at the property. Failure to notify of a pet’s presence prior to occupation will be considered a breach of conditions. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property.
12. Smoking is only allowed outside. Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and additional cleaning fee charge.
13. All guests agree to respect the noise level and to use common sense in keeping noise volume low after dark. Any police enforcement actions are at the sole risk and expense of the registered guest.
14. Guests agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home including the “Guest Information Booklet”. It is the responsibility of the guest to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and to remove all guest’s property (and trash) upon departure. Prior to departure, guests shall clean all dishes (or run the dishwasher), broom/vacuum floors, bag and remove the trash to proper bins. Pool security fence and pool cover must be replaced prior to departure.
15. By signing the booking form you accept the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons named on the booking form.
16. Failure to adhere to any of the above conditions may result in additional charges.
